A Kazakh delegation led by Deputy Minister Bakhtiyar Mukhametkaliyev of the Ministry of AI and Digital Development visited Shenzhen Urban Transport Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Shenchengjiao). Shenchengjiao signed memoranda of understanding with the Kazakh ministry and five regional governments—Kostanay, Zhambyl, Akmola, West Kazakhstan and Pavlodar—to cooperate on smart regions, smart cities and the low‑altitude economy and to jointly explore digital development paths tailored to local needs.
