Israeli outlets Ynet and the Jerusalem Post report Prime Minister Netanyahu will
drastically shorten a planned US trip to speak at the UN General Assembly and
return to Israel immediately after his address. He has canceled a scheduled
meeting with Elon Musk and currently has no meeting arranged with US President
Trump; under current plans he may be in New York for only a few hours. An
Israeli advance team had gone to Texas to prepare the Musk meeting but was
informed it was canceled; Israeli officials say Netanyahu made the cancellation
decision.
