Russian Defence Ministry said Ukrainian armed forces attempted to launch a large-scale attack using drones and Flamingo missiles to disrupt Russian citizens' ability to express their will in elections scheduled for Sept 19-20.

The plan mandates adoption of AI and other new technologies to enable intelligent operations and more precise service delivery, and encourages capable public libraries to expand decision‑consulting and think‑tank services to provide information support for major national strategies.
