Management expects capacity expanded earlier this year to be steadily released in H2, driving material YoY and QoQ growth in deliveries and revenue. Ceramic heaters have passed validation by leading equipment vendors and will enter small-batch production and start contributing revenue in Q4; electrostatic chuck products remain in R&D, with customer sample validation expected in 2027.
