Southbound Stock Connect flows net bought CNY 4.074 billion today. Via Shanghai Connect, Zhipu and Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable recorded net buys of HK$281m and HK$204m respectively; Tencent was the largest net seller at HK$753m. Via Shenzhen Connect, Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable and Alibaba-W posted net buys of HK$377m and HK$368m; China Gold International led net selling at HK$522m.

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for Public Cultural Service System Construction", setting targets through 2030. The plan aims to raise the level of balanced public cultural services, accelerate integrated urban–rural public cultural systems and strengthen regional coordination mechanisms. It calls for supply-side reforms to form an open, diversified and collaborative supply structure, advances public cultural digitalisation with richer digital resources, and seeks institutional reforms to lift innovation and creativity in public cultural services. Five priority tasks are named — reform to improve quality and efficiency, sustained construction of modern public libraries, development of mass cultural activities, promotion of balanced service delivery, and enhancement of public cultural digital-intelligence — supported by 18 key projects for implementation.
