MSNBC reported US Secretary of State Rubio told the outlet he is willing to meet Iranian officials on the sidelines of the UN. He said Trump is willing to meet anyone but there is currently no scheduled meeting between Trump and Iran’s president. Rubio added most ships transiting the Strait of Hormuz have not been attacked; roughly 60–70% of oil shipments have resumed and that share is rising.
