Sept. 22 — Alibaba CEO Wu Yongming said AI demand is very strong and the company
will accelerate AI infrastructure investment, targeting more than 20 GW of
global Alibaba Cloud data‑centre capacity by 2032. Alibaba semiconductor unit
T‑Head launched its most powerful domestic AI chip, the Zhenwu V900, claiming
three times the compute of the Zhenwu M890; T‑Head said annual AI‑chip shipments
will rise sharply.
