New York Times reports SoftBank-backed data-center operator SB Energy has delayed a planned IPO this month after investors questioned the $50 billion-plus valuation it sought, four people familiar with the deal's marketing said. Investment banks were unable to find enough buyers within the company's and banks' target price range. SB Energy had proposed an Ohio development it said would be the world’s largest data center.
