Sept. 23 — Jiyuan Lvdong and Alibaba Cloud signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly optimize the Qwen model series, provide cloud computing infrastructure and MaaS services, and develop a market ecosystem. The partners will run tests and benchmarks on typical Agent scenarios to explore co-optimization of model capabilities and Agent systems, and cooperate on cloud services including GPU compute, the Bailian large-model API and the PAI AI platform.

FAW Jiefang said on Sept. 23 it held talks with a strategic customer in the Central Asia region to discuss export models and construction of a KD (knock-down) assembly plant. The parties exchanged views on localized production, parts delivery, local-production certification, after-sales network build-out and Central Asia tariff policy, and agreed in principle to cooperate.
