On Sept. 23 Chengdu and China Telecom officially launched the Tianfu Token
Intelligent Manufacturing Factory computing-power public-service platform,
positioned as the city's core compute-dispatch and Token hub. The platform
integrates compute dispatch, model adaptation, Token metering, data circulation,
application enablement and cross-border security, and will consolidate municipal
compute and Token resources to enable on‑demand, usage‑based billing for
compute. Token will serve as the unified metering unit and support a closed‑loop
apply–use–write‑off–payment process, linking to Chengdu's compute vouchers and
Token voucher policy system and simplifying voucher application, use and
redemption workflows.
