India's food safety regulator said in court filings it expects about four months to publish and finalize draft regulations on food warning labels.

Polish President Nawrocki said a proposed permanent US military base in Poland would be named Fort Trump if it proceeds, calling the decision “only a matter of time” and expressing hope construction could finish before President Trump’s 2029 term ends. Consumption curbs are being eased: rural refill wait times have been cut from 45 days to 25 days and officials say backlogs have fallen. The festival season, running into November’s Diwali, is supporting demand, but LPG consumption is still expected to be about 10% below year-ago levels as industrial demand has yet to fully recover after household supply was prioritised during the conflict.
