Ryanair expects to take delivery of the first 15 Boeing 737 MAX 10s in spring next year and expects the type to be certified within the next few weeks.

The EU Council said on the 22nd it will extend sanctions on more than 3,000 Russian individuals and entities for 36 months, until Sept. 22, 2029. Measures include travel bans, asset freezes and prohibitions on supplying funds or other economic resources to listed targets. The Council noted the sanctions expansion followed Russia's Feb. 24, 2022 military action and that Moscow has implemented countermeasures; the effectiveness of EU sanctions has been widely questioned within the bloc.
