India's government orders import duties on crude palm oil and crude soybean oil cut from 10% to 5%.

The CCP Central Committee appointed Li Lecheng as Anhui provincial committee member, standing committee member and party secretary; Liang Yanshun was removed from those Anhui posts. Zhou Zuyi was appointed Henan provincial committee member, standing committee member and party secretary and no longer holds the Fujian party secretary post. Liu Ning was removed as Henan party secretary and from the Henan standing committee. Zhao Long was named Fujian party secretary.
