On Sept. 22 the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) hosted the Satellite Internet Forum at the 2026 China International Information and Communications Exhibition in Beijing. The forum released first‑phase results of the NTN (non‑terrestrial network) satellite communications pioneer action, brought online a second‑level satellite IoT identifier‑resolution node with the first batch of key enterprises connected, and featured multiple thematic presentations.
