U.S. Attorney General Blanche said the Justice Department will immediately seek relief from the Supreme Court and file to challenge an appeals court ruling that blocked removals to third countries.

On Sept. 24 the PBOC Shanghai headquarters convened a meeting to accelerate development of free‑trade‑zone offshore bond markets, instructing financial institutions to expand issuance, widen investor access via FTU investment policies to attract overseas professional managers, sovereign wealth funds and international organizations, and speed secondary‑market development to boost liquidity. The meeting also emphasized prioritizing support for the real economy, stepped‑up global policy outreach and case promotion, and coordinating product innovation with strengthened risk management to contain risks.
