Sept 24 — Zhiyuan delivered its 20,000th embodied service robot, the Expedition A3 Ultra, to Chimelong Group’s Hengqin Chimelong Spaceship Park. China overhauled its National Defense Mobilization Law for the first time in 15 years and for the first time defines defense mobilization as converting economic and social capacity into defense capability. Ministry of National Defense spokesman Colonel Jiang Bin said the revision follows the new-era military strategic guideline, upholds a defensive posture, the principle of seizing the initiative in response to adversary action, and practices active defense; he urged against over-interpretation by outside parties.
