TASS quoted Putin on the 25th saying Russia has responded to recent Ukrainian strikes on Russian civilian infrastructure, including refineries and e‑commerce warehouses. He warned Kyiv must endure retaliatory strikes and that any provocations or escalation would not produce Kyiv’s desired outcome but would worsen its position. RIA reported Putin added proposals to resume talks remain on the table, but given recent Ukrainian attacks Moscow will carefully consider what measures to take; any decision, including on restarting negotiations, will be guided by Russia’s national interests.

也門總統領導委員會主席表示，凡是在9月26日起脫離胡塞武裝、不再參與戰鬥或爲其工作的人員，將被納入未來實施的全面赦免範圍。
