Sept 27 — Doubao Mobile Assistant reported multiple user complaints since the night of Sept 24 that Honor of Kings on Nubia NaviX Ultra devices showed "device environment abnormal" warnings or forcibly kicked players during login and matchmaking. Doubao said internal checks found no operations on Tencent’s game systems and no AI-driven clicks, cheats or emulation. The developer is continuing to engage Tencent but has received no clear response to date. Doubao advised users to avoid repeated login attempts on the affected device and to file appeals with official game customer service if accounts have been banned; the team apologized and said it will provide updates on any developments.
