Sept. 28 — The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) said it and central SOEs are confident of meeting full-year production and operating targets and will prioritize full implementation of measures planned at the start of the year in Q4. SASAC said it will further steer industry self-discipline, correct 'involution-style' competitive behavior by some central SOEs, and mobilize upstream and downstream firms to jointly maintain a fair, orderly competitive market environment.
