The Wall Street Journal reports the Trump administration has launched an
AI-driven tool its developer says will act as a federal "digital butler" to
modernize citizen-government interactions. The tool is deployed on America.gov,
which launched Tuesday, and the rollout is being treated as a test of the
administration's digitalization push. Joe Gebbia, Airbnb co‑founder and head of
the White House National Design Studio, said the portal will ultimately serve as
a unified gateway to federal public services and "set the standard befitting a
superpower" as the technology matures.
