The MOFCOM general office issued a notice on 2027 automobile and motorcycle
export license applications. This year applications will be processed online.
Manufacturers should log in to MOFCOM’s unified business management platform
(enterprise portal), complete the Automobile and Motorcycle Export License
Application form, upload supporting documents, and submit to their local
commerce authority for review. The 2027 online application system opens on 30
September 2026.
