UBS Global Wealth Management strategists say the current high-rate environment
may support hedge fund performance. They note that since 1994 hedge funds have
produced cumulative positive returns in every Fed tightening cycle, but caution
that high rates do not guarantee strong results. UBS recommends investors gain
exposure via diversified allocations to selected hedge fund strategies.
