At the midday close, China's main futures contracts were mostly higher. 20# rubber rose nearly 6pct, rubber >5pct, PVC >4pct and synthetic rubber nearly 4pct; alumina, Soybean No.1, palladium and propylene gained more than 2pct. Lagging were bitumen down over 3pct, Europe container-shipping route down more than 2pct, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) nearly 2pct lower; apples, cotton and pulp fell over 1pct, lithium carbonate and caustic soda down about 1pct.
