Wall Street Journal reports Delta Air Lines (DAL.N) is the only one of the four largest U.S. carriers not using SpaceX's Starlink for onboard connectivity; Elon Musk is reportedly very angry.

China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) said it will step up protection and utilization of industrial heritage, establish a national industrial heritage archive database and build a high-quality protection system. MIIT will integrate cultural empowerment across the full manufacturing value chain and promote the industrial design sector. It will pursue culture–technology–industry integration, develop new ideological-education, science-popularization and cultural-tourism consumption scenarios, and launch an industrial culture digital programme. MIIT also said it will deepen application of 5G, Beidou, virtual reality and artificial intelligence and support industrial-themed film and cultural production and dissemination.

French presidency says it will discuss in coming days the possibility of further releasing reserves.
