The FAA said on the 2nd that an expert-panel assessment found a software issue
in flight computers on certain Boeing 737 MAX aircraft "does not constitute a
safety concern," because pilots can "re-establish full control of the aircraft
and crews receive clear, unambiguous indications." The agency said it will
"consider appropriate action" if it receives new information about the issue.
