The White House has established a special AI task force led by National
Intelligence Director Clayton to draft, within 120 days, an assessment of AI
risks and recommendations on the federal government's regulatory
responsibilities. Clayton confirmed he will head the "Super Intelligence
Force"—the administration's label for AI—and said the president directed the
group to secure U.S. leadership in the technology and prioritize American
interests.
