From Oct 5, rainfall in southern China will taper and most areas will shift from
rain to clear skies. Through early October, precipitation will be sparse across
most of the country, with clear or partly cloudy conditions prevailing. Minimum
temperatures in the south are expected broadly to hit new H2 lows; Fuzhou,
Guangzhou and Nanning are forecast to fall below 20°C for the first time in H2.
