A Houthi spokesperson said Saudi warplanes carried out 66 airstrikes and missile
attacks in the past 24 hours, using F-15s, Typhoon fighters and armed
reconnaissance aircraft to strike civilian infrastructure in Al Jawf, Taiz,
Marib, Hodeidah, Hajjah and Saada provinces. The aircraft operated from Khamis
Mushait, Taif and King Faisal Naval Base, while missile launches came from Jizan
and Najran. The strikes reportedly killed and wounded multiple civilians, mostly
women and children. The spokesperson said total Saudi air and missile attacks
have reached 1,642 since Riyadh’s escalation.
