On Oct. 7 local time, Ukraine's State Emergency Service said a Russian strike
hit a high-rise residential building in Pryluky, Chernihiv Oblast; officials
initially confirmed four dead and about 20 injured, including three children.
Poltava Oblast's military-civil administration reported an attack on Kremenchuk
that killed two and injured seven. Kyiv city administration said strikes across
the city have so far killed two and damaged multiple non-residential buildings
and warehouse facilities.
