施耐德將以每股205美元現金收購PTC，股權價值約226億美元、企業價值237億美元，較PTC此前收盤價溢價42.3%，成爲施耐德史上最大收購。PTC強項是CAD、產品生命週期管理等軟件，覆蓋產品從設計、製造到維護的數據鏈；施耐德原有AVEVA更偏流程工業和運營環節，再疊加Cognite的數據與AI能力，目標是把“產品設計數據+工業運行數據+控制系統”打通，爲製造業實體AI提供完整數據基礎。

International crude futures fell for a third session as markets grew more optimistic about resumed exports from the Persian Gulf. BankPro CEO Paul Brocado said improving confidence in the near-term supply outlook could push prices lower, but persistent geopolitical risk will cap declines. Brocado said: "Shipping through the Strait of Hormuz remains constrained, while rising tensions in the Red Sea are heightening market concerns. U.S.-Iran talks are currently deadlocked, which means there is no clear path to a full restoration of regional shipping."
