China A-share's three major indices have moved into positive territory; the Sci-Tech Innovation Board 50 (STAR 50) index's loss narrowed to 0.06%.

OpenAI told investors it expects annualized revenue to reach or exceed $70bn by end-2026, driven by enterprise business growth, people familiar with the matter said. The company’s annualized revenue as of end-September was about $50bn, based on a short-term sales run-rate. The figures were disclosed during discussions of a new fundraising round; prior reports say OpenAI is seeking at least $30bn in new capital at a pre-money valuation near $1.4trn.

OpenAI is finalizing contracts with third-party security assessment firms and expects to announce details in the coming weeks. The company said it is mobilizing resources to secure these partnerships and will make collaboration with independent security organizations central to its security program.
