The platform, described as next-generation internet infrastructure for multi-agent collaboration, relies on trusted interconnection centers in Beijing and Xiamen and offers ID registration, identity verification, address resolution, capability discovery and collaborative validation services to enable trusted cross-platform and cross-entity access and cross‑domain coordination among intelligent agents. CAICT invited agent developers, telecom operators, internet companies, industry application providers, universities, research institutes and developers to apply via its website to join technical validation, scenario pilots and ecosystem development.
