On Oct. 10 He Xiaopeng said XPeng has been elected secretary-general of the newly formed Task Force on Autonomous Driving Scenario-Related Information Exchange (TF-ESRI) under the UNECE GRVA. He said this should be the first time a Chinese company holds a secretary-general role within the UNECE autonomous-driving regulatory framework and that XPeng will work to bring Chinese autonomous-driving operational experience into global rule coordination to support safe global deployment.
