Ukrainian President Zelenskiy said on Oct. 10 he held calls that day with Finland President Stubb, French President Macron, Norwegian Prime Minister Støre and UK Prime Minister Burnham, urging increased support for Ukraine and tougher sanctions on Russia. He briefed them on the conflict, discussed challenges from the U.S. easing of sanctions on Russian oil products, and coordinated response measures and plans for follow-up meetings.

China’s Ministry of Finance will reopen the 2026 book-entry coupon Treasury bond (17th tranche), offering CNY120 billion in a competitive tender with Class A members allowed to submit additional bids.
