The Russian Defence Ministry posted on social media on Nov. 11 that Russian
forces used drones on the night of Nov. 10 to strike a Ukrainian data center in
Odesa city — which it said was used by Ukrainian forces to process, transmit and
store information — and to hit a dry-cargo vessel docked at Chernomorsk port in
Odesa region that it said had been transporting supplies for Ukrainian forces.
The ministry said Russia’s Northern and Central Group Armies seized two
settlements in Kharkiv oblast and two in Donetsk, respectively.
