Iran's Fars news agency: Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council said the US response to Iran's latest proposal was "not sufficient", adding Washington has accepted some Iranian conditions while other issues remain unclear and the US must clarify outstanding questions.

China’s corporate credit index rose to 161.32 in August, up 2.45 points MoM, the State Administration for Market Regulation said. Operational and regulatory subindices drove the improvement; new entries to the abnormal-operations list fell sharply while removals increased and the share of high-credit-risk firms declined, supporting a stabilization and rebound in overall credit. Top five sectors by index were financials, manufacturing, water/environment and public facilities management, utilities (power/heat/gas/water), and transportation/warehousing/postal; manufacturing, transport/warehousing/postal and wholesale & retail posted the fastest MoM gains, with manufacturing at its highest rank this year.
