service-status page said the web/App conversation service was "partially
interrupted" and is under investigation; the page later indicated service had
been restored. Third-party monitors show the fault began this morning and was
still ongoing at the time of reporting; impact limited to web and app chat.
Affected users were advised to retry later or monitor the official status page
for updates.
