German Chancellor Merz said Germany needs to raise its long-term growth potential.

According to the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, as of Oct. 11 farmers had harvested 122.239 million mu (≈8.15 mln ha), covering over 50% of the planned harvest area.

Kunal Sodani, head of funds at Shinhan Bank Mumbai, said arbitrage in the FX market has been largely suppressed and the new measures further that aim to manage market behaviour and volatility; he expects the rupee to trade in a roughly 95.30–96.00 per USD range in the near term.
