The NEA ordered tighter electricity-market supervision and enforcement to preserve fair competition, stronger market mechanisms to improve renewable consumption, expedited handling of household energy needs, accelerated remediation of non-grid direct-supply residential complexes, faster rollout of a new round of measures to secure electricity access, and stepped-up power-quality improvement actions; it also called for pushing the second phase of comprehensive power-sector supervision to convert regulatory findings into operational changes.
