The PBOC, after introducing multiple structural monetary measures earlier this
year, has further adjusted several monetary-policy tools. Experts said the two
packages of structural measures issued so far are targeted, practical steps to
guide financial institutions to better serve the real economy and to help
institutions adapt to economic restructuring and expand financial services. As
the integration effect of stock and flow monetary measures strengthens, the
financial system will continue to provide robust support for high-quality
real-economy development.
