China and Russia held the 28th round of diplomatic policy consultations in
Moscow on Oct. 14, 2026, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said. Chen Song, director
of the ministry’s Department of Policy Planning, met with the head of Russia’s
Foreign Ministry policy planning department, Drobynin. They exchanged views on
the international situation, their respective foreign policies and other matters
of mutual concern.
