Oct. 13 — Mohammed Jalal Rish, adviser to the UAE Presidential Court’s Development Affairs Office, led a UAE National Experts Programme AI delegation to the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology. CAICT Chief Engineer Wei Ran hosted the visit and outlined CAICT’s business framework and international cooperation. The parties held in-depth talks on AI applications and governance and said they aim to deepen pragmatic cooperation and build a model for information and communications collaboration.
