商務部新聞發言人就歐盟峯會提出對華“雙軌”思路答記者問：中歐按照雙方確定的遵守世貿組織規則、基於事實和非歧視的三項原則，就混動汽車達成的諒解是對等互利的，既有力維護了中國企業的實際利益，也迴應了歐方關切，避免了中歐貿易摩擦局面升級。所謂“歐方施壓奏效”的說法毫無依據。

Authorities have removed aggregate quota limits, expanded daily quotas, added equity ETFs to the eligible list and tightened disclosure rules. The Stock Connect universe now covers about 90% of Shanghai market capitalization. Average daily turnover on Shanghai Stock Connect rose from CNY 4.7 bln in its opening month in 2014 to CNY 101 bln last year.
