Volcano Engine has launched a Seedance incentive program offering up to 200,000 yuan per title for premium AI short dramas produced with Seedance and published on the Hongguo short-drama app. Eligible AI works — including AI comic/animated dramas and AI photorealistic live-action dramas — that rank in Hongguo’s monthly top 50 by popularity score and pass review may receive the payment.

On Oct. 19, 2026 the CSRC published the Administrative Penalty Implementation Rules for Illegal Securities Transfer Cases, effective Dec. 1, 2026. For the most harmful illegal transfers of original shares, penalties are to be applied in three discretionary tiers using transfer-amount bands of 0-30%-50%-100%. For transfers breaching holding-period or sale-timing limits the tiers use bands of 0-20%-30%-100%. For transfers breaching sale-quantity, disclosure or similar limits the tiers use bands of 0-10%-20%-100%.

At the morning open, China's main futures contracts were mostly higher. Fuel oil surged over 5%; low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) gained about 2%; asphalt, soda ash, LPG, iron ore, urea and PVC rose more than 1%. On the downside, lithium carbonate fell over 3%; starch, benzene, apples and coking coal declined more than 1%; 20# rubber, rapeseed oil and ethylene glycol were down around 1%.
