Oct 20, Dushanbe — China’s Li attended the 25th meeting of the Shanghai
Cooperation Organization Council of Heads of Government. He said rising calls
for stronger multilateralism and reform of global governance mean the SCO should
broaden partnerships and play a constructive global role. Li urged members to
prioritize common ground over differences, deepen trade cooperation across
differing endowments, advance regional economic integration, and develop stable,
resilient international transport corridors to safeguard smooth global supply
chains and production links. He added members should seek common interests amid
divergent demands to help preserve international peace and stability.
