Guodun Quantum said wholly owned subsidiary Shanghai Guodun plans to sign a
goods sales contract with China Telecom Quantum Group to supply a quantum
computer (equipment and related technical services) for China Telecom Quantum
Group’s quantum computing project, for an estimated 64.7727 mln yuan. China
Telecom Quantum Group is the company’s controlling shareholder. The company also
plans to sign two service procurement contracts with the University of Science
and Technology of China (USTC): Contract 1 for superconducting quantum chip
design and development, estimated 3.5 mln yuan; Contract 2 for design and
development of a quantum‑limited signal amplifier, estimated 5.4 mln yuan.
