China's National Radio and Television Administration issued the Radio, Television and Online Audiovisual '15th Five-Year' Plan. The plan targets major reform and innovation breakthroughs by 2030, pushing broadcast media fully onto the internet's main battleground to better serve economic and social development and create an integrated broadcast-and-online audiovisual development framework; by 2035 it seeks decisive progress in digital-intelligence transformation and high-quality development to support building a culturally strong China.
