Pakistan's foreign ministry said it has completed ratification procedures for the Mecca Agreement.

Kuwait's foreign ministry strongly condemned a Houthi armed-group attack on King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, saying the strike killed two people and wounded several. The ministry called the attack a serious violation of Saudi sovereignty and an open breach of international law and international humanitarian law.
