Oct 24 — The Blue Book on Internet Advertising Governance in the AIGC Era was released at the 33rd China International Advertising Festival. It warns AIGC heightens ad-fraud and compliance risk as black/grey-market actors use AI to mass-produce hyper-real creative and fake authoritative endorsements, outstripping manual review. The paper frames risks as content violations, technical adversarial attacks, transaction-chain vulnerabilities and new scenarios, and sets out lifecycle governance across eight areas, endorsing an "AI to govern AI" approach. It highlights multimodal large models that jointly process images, text and audio to judge context and detect violations.
