With a pause almost fully priced in, investors will hunt for any signal of future hikes and FX reaction will hinge on the tone of the Fed statement, Monex Europe says. The Fed may keep open the possibility of a December hike without explicit guidance. If Fed chair KEVIN WARSH signals that higher yields have sufficiently tightened financial conditions, December-hike pricing could be reversed and the dollar could weaken.
